Established in 2003, Envisage has developed a reputation for delivering professional training courses to the health and fitness industry.   We have worked hard over this time to establish strong links and partnerships with educational institutions, local authorities and the private sector, working closely with our customers to form long lasting relationships.   Our mission is to demonstrate quality and value in delivering training services.

As a Central YMCA Qualifications Approved Centre, we offer a range of vocational training courses at levels 2 & 3, including Gym Instructor, Exercise to Music & the Personal Trainer Award, but also offer more specialised training in Exercise Referral, Children’s Fitness & Older Adults.

As part of our commitment to becoming specialists in children's training, we have had the opportunity to work with and learn from some of the best practitioners in the world.   We now feel we have an approach to training children that is both unique and highly effective; our aim is to raise the standard of coaching for strength and conditioning and through research dispel common myths associated with children and resistance training.

Our experience within exercise referral is the basis of our consultancy service in this discipline; we have been involved in the development & evaluation of a number of exercise referral schemes as well as providing basic & ongoing training & support to instructors working in this area.

More recently, we have added Functional Training for Older Adults & Chair Based Exercise to both our CPD & CYQ training portfolio, having designed & delivered special populations courses & workshops for a number of local authorities, leisure centres & health clubs.
